There are some listed on the Agile Methodology site. I personally like the XP Day(s) a lot. They take place in different countries in Europe (Germany, London, Benelux, France)

There is an OpenAgile Romania with a great lineup of speakers comming soon in Bucharest in May 2010. See http://openagile.ro

There will be also a great event in Kiev (October 2010) - Agile Easter Europe. I attended the first edition in 2009 and it was really good. See http://www.agileee.org for more details

There was also a very good Agile Central Europe conference in Krakow 2 weeks ago, but we certainly wait for a second edition in 2011, so put it into your schedules :-). See http://www.agilece.com for details.

Those three make a great set of affordable and very high quality agile events in the Central/Eastern Europe region.
